Waiting for Pottermore

How old were you when you read your first HP book?  

Well, my first HP book was read to me by my father when I was in first grade (so…5 or 6?), but I was too young to really grasp the whole concept. I knew there was a woman who turned into a cat, a boy with a lightning bolt scar, a girl who was smart, a ginger, an old man, and a name you mustn’t say. I read my first HP book on my own when I was a bit older….I would say 10/11 ish. 

How old were you when you saw your first HP movie? 

About 6/7.

How did you hear about HP? 

My father introduced it to me. He is a teacher at an elementary school, and the library aide there was from somewhere in the UK. She absolutely loved the books and urged my father to buy them. Every single night we would read a chapter or two, and then he would attempt to explain it to me as best he could <3 :’) Thank you, Joanne. 

What was your favourite book? 

Oooh tough one. I really loved Half-Blood Prince, Order of the Phoenix, and Deathly Hallows. I refuse to choose! 

What was your favourite movie? 

Deathly Hallows Pt. 2 for sure, though I really loved HBP and OotP. 

Who is your favourite HP character?

I would have to say Minerva McGonagall or Severus Snape.

I identify most with Minerva. We have the same personality and demeanor. I admire her value of education. I love that she is so protective, devoted, and loyal. I just find her character to be so amazing. 

I strongly believe that Severus Snape is the most significant character in literature. I find his story and character to be absolutely intriguing. I love everything about him, so props to J.K. for creating such a man. Plus, he’s so damn sexy.

Who is your least favourite HP character? 

Hmmm….hard to say. I try not to think too much about it, but I guess it would be Lavender Brown or Cho Chang. I just find those characters to be so annoying and irksome.

Molly.

Ginny

What was your favourite Weasley Twin Prank? 

I can’t say I can really pin down my favorite, but I really loved it when they bewitched the snowballs to keep hitting Quirrel on the back of his head. 

Who is your favourite Professor? 

Minerva, with Severus at a close second.

Would you have joined the Order of the Phoenix or the Deatheaters?

Order of the Phoenix

Who is your favourite Order Member? 

Minerva…..but I really love Tonks.

Who is your favourite Deatheater? 

Lucius! (I won’t say Severus for either)

Who is your favourite Marauder? 

Sirius

What is your favourite Canon pairing? 

Ugh…I really ship any of the canons. I would say Lupin/Tonks….yep… 

What is your favourite Non-Canon pairing? 

Severus/Lily and Minerva/Albus

Do you prefer Canon or Fandom? 

I love canon, but I would REALLY love it if my close to reality non-canons were real, so I guess fandom. I usually opt for canon, though.

Which of the Deathly Hallows would you choose? 

Invisibility Cloak

Have you read Quidditch Throughout the Ages?

No because I fail at life.

Would you play Quidditch professionally?

Not professionally, but I would for my house at Hogwarts.

Have you read Tales of Beedle the Bard? 

Again…failure.

What was your favourite short story from Beedle? 

The Tale of the Three Brothers because that is all I know of. I love how close it is to The Pardoner’s Tale from The Canterbury Tales by Chaucer.

Gryffindor/Slytherin

What house is your least favourite? 

Hufflepuff….sorry!

Cat…owl is a close second, though!

Prefect.

Nope!

The second one when I stopped crying.

Trelawney for sure!

Auror though Unspeakable sounds pretty sick.

I don’t know really….I wish I knew, though. Forever Undecided.

Remus Lupin

Gilderoy.

What would be one of your Horcruxes?

 I wouldn’t make Horcruxes, but if I did, it would probably be my locket.

Did you get into Pottermore? 

Yes! Still waiting on my 3rd email.
